Abhijit Chaudhary has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Open Lending since November 2025. Mr. Chaudhary is a senior fintech and payments executive with more than 20 years of experience across consumer banking, embedded finance, AI-powered credit infrastructure, and Banking-as-a-Service. He most recently served as Chief Product Officer of Pagaya Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: PGY), where he led the product organization and their AI-powered credit decisioning platform. Prior to that, he served as Chief Product Officer of Green Dot Corporation (NASDAQ: GDOT), where he scaled Green Dot's Banking-as-a-Service platform and built enterprise partnerships with Apple, Amazon, Walmart, and Intuit. Mr. Chaudhary previously held additional roles at Green Dot, including EVP, Head of Direct to Consumer, where he launched their Neo Bank GO2bank, and General Manager, Direct to Consumer. Before joining Green Dot, he held senior roles at Discover Financial Services (NYSE: DFS) spanning lending, network, risk, and consumer product strategy. Mr. Chaudhary also serves as an Advisory Board Member of Graphio.ai.

Mr. Chaudhary received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune and a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University.
