Adam Clammer is a Founding Partner and Managing Member of True Wind, where he serves on the Investment Committee and is responsible for all aspects of managing the firm. Prior to founding True Wind, Adam was with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., which he joined in 1995. At KKR, Adam founded and led the Global Technology Group from 2004 to 2013. Adam was also a senior member of the Healthcare Group and participated in investments across multiple industries. Adam served on the board of directors of AEP, Aricent, Avago (Broadcom), GoDaddy, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Kodak, MedCath, NXP Semiconductors and several private companies. Adam currently serves as Chairman of the Board of LeadVenture (formerly ARI Network Services). He is also a Director of The SWITCH, Transflo and Open Lending Corporation (NASDAQ: LPRO). Prior to joining KKR, Adam worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley in New York and Hong Kong. Adam is also a Trustee of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Adam holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
John Flynn has served as a member of Open Lending’s Board of Directors since 2000. Mr. Flynn previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Open Lending from April 2000 until October 2022. Mr. Flynn previously served as Chief Executive Officer at Washington Gas Light Federal Credit Union in Springfield, VA from 1983 to 1994, and as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Good2cu.com, LLC from 1999 to 2000. In addition, Mr. Flynn formerly led marketing at The Equitable (Equitable Holdings, Inc.) from 1997 to 1999, where he spearheaded the design and execution of the firm’s national marketing program for the credit union industry. Mr. Flynn is the Co-founder of Objective Advisors, Inc., a registered investment advisory firm dedicated to providing objective financial management services exclusively to credit unions and banks nationwide, where he served as a Board Member from 1995 to 2018; Co-founder of The Finest Federal Credit Union, which serves the police and law enforcement agencies of New York City, where he served as Advisor from 2014 to 2019. Mr. Flynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University.
Thomas Hegge is a Director at True Wind Capital, a private equity fund manager focused on the technology industry. Mr. Hegge joined True Wind Capital in 2021. Prior to joining True Wind Capital, Mr. Hegge was the Managing Member of Great Plains Partners from 2018 to 2021. From 2014 to 2018, Mr. Hegge was an investor at Berylson Capital Partners, where he led investments in public equities and oversaw the firm’s private growth equity investments. Prior to joining Berylson, Mr. Hegge was with Advent International from 2009 to 2012, where he executed leveraged buyout transactions in the technology and business services sectors. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Hegge worked in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse. Mr. Hegge holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Chuck Jehl has served as Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer since September 2024. Mr. Jehl previously served as Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Open Lending. Mr. Jehl served as a consultant for the Company since April 2020 and was instrumental in helping the Company complete the business combination with Nebula Acquisition Corporation. Prior to Open Lending, Mr. Jehl spent 14 years at Forestar Group Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company (“Forestar Group”), in a variety of executive leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2015 through 2019 and Chief Accounting Officer from 2005 through 2013. Prior to Forestar Group, he held various leadership roles at Guaranty Insurance Services Inc. from 2000 through 2005, including Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer. From 1989 through 1999, Mr. Jehl held various financial management roles at Temple-Inland Mortgage Corporation, including Vice President and Controller. Mr. Jehl is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Concordia University at Austin.
