Chief Executive Officer and Director
Keith Jezek has served as CEO of Open Lending since October 2022. Jezek joined Open Lending from Cox Automotive as the leader of its Retail Solutions Group which includes DealerTrack, Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book, vAuto, Dealer.com, Vin Solutions and Xtime, among others. Jezek joined Cox in 2010 after leading the successful sale of vAuto, the retail automotive SaaS software firm he co-founded, to Cox Enterprises. Under Jezek’s leadership, vAuto experienced unprecedented growth in the face of significant industry challenges, ranking 22nd on the Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing, privately held companies in America and the 17th fastest-growing company in North America on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500. Jezek was a member of Open Lending’s Board of Directors from 2012 through 2020 and served as an advisor to the Board of Directors following its IPO. As a longstanding Austinite and University of Texas undergraduate and MBA alumni, Jezek is right at home in Open Lending headquarters. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Lead Venture and an active member of the University of Texas President’s Associates.
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Chuck Jehl has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Open Lending since August 2020. Mr. Jehl served as a consultant for the Company since April 2020 and was instrumental in helping the Company complete the business combination with Nebula Acquisition Corporation. Prior to Open Lending, Mr. Jehl spent 14 years at Forestar Group Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company (“Forestar Group”), in a variety of executive leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2015 through 2019 and Chief Accounting Officer from 2005 through 2013. Prior to Forestar Group, he held various leadership roles at Guaranty Insurance Services Inc. from 2000 through 2005, including Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer. From 1989 through 1999, Mr. Jehl held various financial management roles at Temple-Inland Mortgage Corporation, including Vice President and Controller. Mr. Jehl is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Concordia University at Austin.
Chief Accounting Officer
Cecilia Camarillo has served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Open Lending since August 2021.  Prior to her appointment, Mrs. Camarillo spent seven years at Parsley Energy Inc. (“Parsley”), a New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) listed company, in leadership roles including Controller and Senior Vice President of Accounting.  Prior to Parsley, Mrs. Camarillo served as Director of Tax for Concho Resources Inc., a NYSE listed company.  Mrs. Camarillo is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from West Texas A&M University.
Chief Technology Officer
Sarah Lackey has served as the Chief Technology Officer of Open Lending since August 2020. Sarah previously served as Senior Vice President of IT Operations of the Company since November 2019, and in various other roles in the Company’s technology department since 2016. Prior to Open Lending, Ms. Lackey served as Vice President and co-owner of SJB Industries DBA Bates Painting. Previously, she spent over 10 years at Hewlett-Packard in software engineering. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
Chief Revenue Officer
Matt Roe has served as the Chief Revenue Officer of Open Lending since October 2019. Mr. Roe has been with Open Lending since 2007, and has worked in a variety of roles across the marketing, implementation, operations, finance and IT systems divisions, including as Marketing Manager from September 2010 to April 2016, National Accounts Manager from January 2013 to December 2016, Regional Vice President of Sales from April 2016 to October 2017 and Senior Vice President from October 2017 to October 2019. Mr. Roe has more than ten years of experience working with the Open Lending marketing, account management, sales and product teams. Mr. Roe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas State University.
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Matthew Stark has served as the EVP and General Counsel of Open Lending since January 2021. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Stark served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Forestar Group Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company. Prior to that, Mr. Stark served as the Assistant General Counsel of David Weekley Homes and as the Senior Regional Counsel of KB Home, a publicly-traded national homebuilder. Mr. Stark holds a B.A. in History from the University of Utah and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
Chief Information Officer
Thinh Nguyen has served as Chief Information Officer since November 2022. Thinh is a hands-on, innovation driven technology executive with a 20-year proven track record in strategic planning, development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions to address business opportunities. As CIO, Thinh will focus on driving security, data and infrastructure and IT operations to enhance product capabilities and efficiencies. Most recently, Thinh was the CIO of Amerifirst Home Mortgage where he oversaw all aspects of their IT department including strategy, execution and infrastructure. Previously, Thinh was the CIO of Servicing Technology for Flagstar Bank, where he directed the planning and implementation of IT initiatives across the Servicing and Customer Center organization, with a focus on cost effectiveness, efficiency, and service quality. He has also held executive IT positions at Mr. Cooper, Alcon, a Novartis Company, JPMorgan Chase. and TPG Capital, L.P. Thinh started his career as a consultant at Sogeti.
